When it comes to traditional Malay cooking there's one name that comes to mind - chef, Asmah Laili. Cooking in a cosy home kitchen, using kitchen utensils that are largely missing from today's kitchens such as, batu giling, pemarut kelapa and batu tumbuk, to name a few.

Sedap shares traditional Malay recipes from the 60s and 70s, dishes including, main courses, cakes, pastries, sweet desserts, drinks and appetizers will all be covered. If you love to eat, but don't know how to prepare botok-botok, belapan, lemak pucuk ubi, kole-kole, air katira, cincalok, telur pindang, daging rendang or ayam masak merah, then Sedap is where you need to be.
