PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
AFC is looking for an enthusiastic production coordinator, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
To control and manage successfully the flow of information between the Marketing and Business Development departments and Production and also to ensure the correct allocation of projects within Production.
To plan the correct time frames for execution of various projects, organizing and ensuring successful on air delivery of promos, vignettes, commercials, short and long form, with all the correct documentation in place.
To assist in filming, making sure that production crews and equipment are booked, costings are approved, ordering and confirming all materials needed for filming, casting, equipment and props.
Responsible to problem solving for any issues arising before and after filming, regarding personnel, equipment and props.
Excellent attention to detail.
Working closely with producer and CD.

• To plan and execute a broad range of trade and mass communication initiatives to promote and increase the channel’s awareness at adoption levels.
