Annie Sibonney
Her love for food flourished at the age of four when she would watch her mother prepare lavish Moroccan meals for the family and it was then that she learnt how food had the power to bring families and friends together.
With a school background that includes Spanish-English translation and Hispanic studies, combined with her love for Spain, Annie founded a culinary tour company that offers intimate dining experiences to travelling foodies. Currently she also runs a catering company called ‘Flavours’ that features dishes she came up with during her travels, using only ingredients significant to a particular country or culture.
