Ingredients
  • 10 Suji Leaves
  • 10 Pandan Leaves
  • 350 grams Rice Flour
  • 100 millilitres mineral Water
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 5 pieces Bananas (steamed first)
  • Cooking Oil
  • Cocopandan Syrup
  • Ice Cube
  • Banana Leaf
  • Coconut Milk
  • 60 grams of Rice Flour
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Pandan Leaf (cut into small pieces)
  • Garnish
  • Pandan leaves
  • Jackfruit
  • Tapioca Sticks
Method
  1. Blend suji leaves pandan leaves with coconut milk, sugar, rice flour, and salt, and cook until thickened
  2. Take a piece of banana leaves and then spread cooking oil. Put a few tablespoons flour dough and then flaked on a banana leaf, place 1 piece of banana dough on top and layered on top again and then roll like making rice cake
  3. Sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients and cook low heat until cooked
