Terms and Conditions - E&O Search for AFC's next celebrity chef contest
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the rules and, terms and conditions of the contest. You also accept and agree that this is an irrevocable condition of entry.
- One weekly winner of iPod Shuffle (5 sets in total) from 9 November till 14 December 2011. One winner of iPad2 from the 21 December grand prize draw.
- You must submit the correct answer in order to enter the contest raffles.
- To participate in the lucky draw, participants must submit a correct entry as well as their complete personal particulars.
- Participants acknowledge and agree that AFC Network Pte Ltd shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available the participant's submitted contest entry.
- Participants agree to hold AFC Network Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns harmless from and against and hereby waive any right to pursue any claims of any nature arising in connection with AFC Network Pte Ltd's use of the entry / entries submitted and used in any manner in AFC Network Pte Ltd's sole and absolute discretion.
- Neither AFC Network Pte Ltd nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner.
- AFC Network Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by AFC Network Pte Ltd.
- AFC Network Pte Ltd reserve the right to publish the participants' details for any purpose whatsoever without having to pay any fee or compensation to the participants.
- AFC Network Pte Ltd reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the lucky draw, substitute or replace the prizes, and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the participants. The decision of AFC Network Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the lucky draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or in kind.
- Winners who do not claim their prize within the stipulated time period of 14 days from the results announcement will forfeit the prize. The prize will be reallocated accordingly. AFC Network Pte Ltd is under no obligation to seek permission first or to inform the original winner of the prize reallocation.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.
