Salsa
- Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cup of tightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 green onions
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 chipotle pepper
- 1 tbsp of ground cumin
- One-half cup of olive oil
- Salt
- Methods

- Puree everything in a food processor until smooth. Add salt to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
