Salsa

Ingredients
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup of tightly packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 6 green onions
  • Juice and zest of 2 limes
  • 1 chipotle pepper
  • 1 tbsp of ground cumin
  • One-half cup of olive oil
  • Salt
Methods
  1. Puree everything in a food processor until smooth. Add salt to taste.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
