Rapini With Brown Butter

Ingredients

One-half stick of butter
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of rapini, chopped
Salt and pepper



Method

Melt butter in a large skillet until it foams and then begins to brown.

When it is a nut brown, add lemon juice and zest and then rapini.

Toss well and add a splash of water.

Cover with a lid and let steam for about 10 minutes.
