Rapini With Brown Butter
- One-half stick of butter
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of rapini, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Melt butter in a large skillet until it foams and then begins to brown.
- When it is a nut brown, add lemon juice and zest and then rapini.
- Toss well and add a splash of water.
- Cover with a lid and let steam for about 10 minutes.
