Rapini With Brown Butter

Ingredients
  • One-half stick of butter
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of rapini, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
Methods
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet until it foams and then begins to brown.
  2. When it is a nut brown, add lemon juice and zest and then rapini.
  3. Toss well and add a splash of water.
  4. Cover with a lid and let steam for about 10 minutes.
