Balaw Balaw Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 cup Cooked Rice
2 tblsp Margarine
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 ea Egg
3 ea Cooked Shrimp
3 ea Cooked Mussels
1/4 cup Balaw Balaw (Fermented shrimp)
1 tsp Salt



Method

In a large pan add butter and rice fry for 3 mins then add the pepper, green peas and egg.

Sauté for 3 minutes add the balaw balaw and saut3 again for 3 minutes, check seasoning with salt and pepper.

Garnish with the cooked shrimp and mussels and serve...
