Beef Ball Pasta Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of ribbon pasta
  • 200 gm of lean meat (or ribs)
  • 100 gm of beef ball
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 50 gm of baby carrots
  • 50 gm of small potatoes
  • 2 big onions
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic & ginger paste
  • 1 sachet of spice ball (sup bonjot)
  • Spring onion
  • Olive Oil
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano
Methods
  1. Boil the pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and drain it.
  2. Sprinkle with oregano leaves (optional).
  3. Heat up oil and sauté the big onions and garlic/ginger paste till fragrant.
  4. Add in the lean meat and sauté for a while before adding in water.
  5. Add in the spices sachet and leave to simmer until the meat is slightly tender.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add in the celery, baby carrots, potatoes and beef balls and again let it simmer.
  8. Lastly, add in the ribbon pasta and serve with spring onions.
