  • 1 kilogram Beef Tenderloin, Cubed
  • 1 whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper, Julienned
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper, Julienned
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Liver spread
  • 3 pieces Birds eye chili, chopped
  • 2 pieces Dried Bay leaves
  • 1 cup Potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups Carrots, cut into wedges
  • ½ cup Green peas
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil


  1. Heat oil in a big saucepot. Sauté the onions and garlic
  2. Sear the beef then add in the bay leaves and birds eye chilies
  3. Stir in the liver spread and pour in the tomato sauce and water
  4. Bring to boil and simmer until the beef is tender
  5. Mix in the carrots and potatoes and cook until tender
  6. Add in the green peas and bell peppers.
  7. Season to taste
  8. Serve
