  • 1 whole White Onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 piece Eggplant, sliced diagonally
  • 200 grams Squash, peeled and chopped
  • 3 whole Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 whole Bitter gourd, chopped and mix with a pinch of salt and let stand for a few minutes
  • 100 grams String beans
  • 8 pieces Okra
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 5 tablespoons Shrimp paste
  • TT Salt
  • TT Pepper
  • As needed Water


  1. In oil in a sautepan. Sauté onions, garlic, and tomatoes
  2. Stir in shrimp paste, cook until aromatic
  3. Pour water in and bring to boil, add in the squash and then simmer until soft
  4. Then add in all the rest of the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve.
