Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Ground Chicken
  • 1 Whole Potato, chopped into cubes
  • 1 Whole Carrot, chopped into cubes
  • 9 Quail eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil
  • 1 Whole onion, sliced
  • 1 Whole garlic, minced
  • 500 millilitres Tomato sauce
  • 250 grams Green peas
  • Pepper for seasoning
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic
  2. Add in the chicken and cook well
  3. Add in the tomato sauce and let it simmer
  4. Toss in diced potatoes, carrot, peas and quail eggs
  5. Season with pepper
  6. Serve
