Ingredients
  • 500 grams Small shrimps
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 2 Cups of grated Squash
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of Starch
  • 0.5 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 Whole garlic, minced
Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients well
  2. In a deep pan, heat oil. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the pan making them look like tiny hotcakes
  3. Fry both sides until brown
  4. Serve with vinegar
