Steamed Chicken With Preserved Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 150 grams boneless Chicken Whole Leg (discard skin)
  • 50 grams Preserved Cabbage (Tong Choy) (rinsed and chopped)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon White Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • A few drops Sesame Oil
  • Garnish:
  • Coriander Leaves
Method
  1. Slice chicken thinly and mince together with the cabbage
  2. Add the egg and all seasoning ingredients together and stir well
  3. Prepare wok and fill with enough of water for steaming the chicken
  4. When the water is boiling, put in the chicken and steam for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.
