250 grams very ripe local bananas (the brown ones)
250 grams ripe bananas
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cups of cooking oil
Chop up ripe banana and mash very rip bananas and set a side.
In a big mixing bowl, add in flour, sugar, a pinch of salt and water, bit by bit and mix well, then add in chopped bananas and set a side.
In a pan, add in oil and heat up oil on medium heat, using a spoon, dip spoon in oil to coat spoon and scoop one table spoon mixture and drop into the oil and fry until brown, repeat but don't overcrowd the pan.
