Ingredients:
100g Cauliflowers
50g Sliced Leek
20g Sliced Garlic
100g Parmesan Cheese
50ml Heavy Cream
20g Unsalted Butter
Salt
Black Pepper |

Method:
In a pot, sauté the sliced garlic and leeks until soft.
Add in the cauliflower and add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add in cream and reduce by half and allow to cool.
Blend the soup and add in the butter.
Grate parmesan cheese into the soup.
Season to taste and serve. |
