Potato Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

200g Idaho Potatoes
50ml Heavy Cream
100g Cream Cheese
50g Grated Parmesan Cheese
20g Unsalted Butter
50g Leek
30g Shallot
1 Bulb Roasted Garlic
5nos Whole Egg
100g Plain Flour
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
 
 
Method:

1. Boil and peel potatoes. Mash them and set aside to cool.

2. Slowly shallots and leek over medium heat until soft.

3. Add in cream and stir in cream cheese.

4. Add in roasted garlic, followed by the mashed potatoes.

5. Incorporate butter and stir in eggs.

6. Add in flour and season to taste.

7. Set in baking tray aligned with parchment paper and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.

8. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
