The Asian Food Channel or AFC is the first and only regional Asian food TV channel in the region. It's a new pay channel that provides a mix of both Eastern and Western programmes in a variety of formats.

It was launched in mid-2005 into multiple territories across the region starting with the world's windows into Asia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Going beyond just pretty pictures, AFC commissioned high quality programmes and is currently working to produce programmes that would delight its viewers.

In addition to broadcasting rich food programming, as experts in the domain of all things food, AFC also operates an online store which carries high quality kitchen products that have earned AFC’s seal of approval after passing a series of intensive tests. Asian Food Channel recognizes that security is of the utmost importance to our customers. For your protection, we use the services of WorldPay, a global leader in secure online payment transactions.

Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage

Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

4. Returns and Exchanges

To initiate the refund or exchange process, please email us at shop @ asianfoodchannel.com with the subject refund/exchange.

At Asian Food Channel, we stand 100% behind our products which is why we offer a full money back guarantee on all products purchased from our site within seven (7) days of delivery. Products need to be unopened and returned in their original packaging. AFC will also pay for the return shipping charges using our delivery services so no money will come out of your pocket. You can also exchange opened products that are faulty due to manufacturer’s defects by sending it back to us within seven (7) days of purchase. Once we receive it, we will inspect it to assess the cause of the defects. If, at our sole discretion we deem the defects to be caused by the manufacturer, we will send you a new one at no charge. Should we determine the defects are not caused by the manufacturer, you will be required to pay for return shipping.

For Refunds, your money will be refunded within six (6) weeks. In many cases, you will receive your money before this. This time period includes the time it takes to receive your product from the shipper, processing time, and the time it takes for your credit card or financial institution to refund the money.

For Exchanges, you can expect to receive your product within six (6) weeks. This includes the time for us to receive the product from the shipper, process the exchange, and ship out the replacement product to you.

Asian Food Channel currently ships products to Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Philippines. Below is a table of the tax rates which include import taxes that apply in each of these territories:

6. Shipping Information

Asian Food Channel currently ships products to Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Philippines. Our delivery methods are the same for each country:

2-3 working days delivery of all goods.

Your product will ship out of the warehouse in 24 hours if you order before 1200h Singapore time. If you order after 1200h Singapore time, your order will ship in 48 hours. Once your order ships, Asian Food Channel will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order online with our delivery partner.
