Join culinary explorer Emmanuel Stroobant as he combs through various places to discover the local flavours - from hawker fares to coffee shops and home recipes passed down from ancestors etc. Join him as he discovers feasts of joyous occasions to religious rites and business meals; from the kitchen of the ordinary folks to the most well known hawker in town. The journey does not end there. Emmanuel, a celebrated chef himself, will give a take of these traditional fares, in his signature style of course! He will then invite the original hawker, friends etc to tuck in to his new invention.
