Sherson’s culinary interest stemmed from an early age. As the oldest among his siblings, Sherson started helping out at his mother’s café in Kuala Lumpur when he was just 11-years-old, where he learned how to peel garlic and onions. By 12, Sherson began serving customers and learning how to cook.
