Sherson’s culinary interest stemmed from an early age. As the oldest among his siblings, Sherson started helping out at his mother’s café in Kuala Lumpur when he was just 11-years-old, where he learned how to peel garlic and onions. By 12, Sherson began serving customers and learning how to cook. Mother of four and a fantastic cook, Ann is a big influence when it comes to Sherson’s love and passion for cooking. In 1997, Ann opened a small café along Old Klang Road to support her family’s expenses. This marked the start of Sherson’s involvement in the culinary world, as he learned to prepare food and serve guests in the café at the age of just 11-years-old.
