Miyake Mitsuyuki

Miyake Mitsuyuki

Miyake is most known for his role as a lyricist, vocalist and rapper in popular Japanese duo Mihimaru GT. The duet created hip-hop songs that have been fused with traditional J-pop elements. The 34-year-old is currently working on a solo career as an artist, having established his own record label. He has a wife and a 5-year-old daughter named Momiji.

Makkun

Makkun

Makkun is part of a popular comedian duo, Pakkun and Makkun where he teams up with American comedian, Pakkun (Patrick Harlan). Makkun met his wife doing theatrical plays together, and has now been married for over 14 years. Together, they have two daughters, a 4-year-old and a 14-year-old.

Nocchi

Nocchi

Nocchi, whose real name is Nozomu Sato, became popular from his comedic impersonations of Barrack Obama. It was his wife that first opened the opportunity for him when she took a photo of his face while he was asleep at home and uploaded it to her blog, which garnered some attention. As a result, Nocchi has been offered various onscreen job offers to play as the ‘Japanese Barrack Obama’. Nocchi is also no stranger to the comedy world, having played one half of the comedy duo, Dangerous over the past 20 years.

Bunmei Kawamoto

Bunmei Kawamoto

Jack of all trades, Bunmei is a script writer, director and theatrical actor. He started as an assistant to one of the top comedians in Japan and has since appeared on various TV programs. His most visible role to date was as a ring-side reporter at Nishiguchi Professional Wrestling. Together with his wife, who has long worked alongside the theater with him, they have two sons, a 5 and 8-years-old.  

Masaru Hanada

Masaru Hanada

Masaru Hanada is a former sumo wrestler, who was known as Wakanohana III Masaru. After a brief yokozuna (the highest rank in sumo) career, Masaru retired in 2000 and became a television personality and restaurant owner. He and his wife, Kumi Hanada, have two children together.

Omiya-no-Matsu

Omiya-no-Matsu

Actor and comedian, Omiya-no-Matsu, has gained popularity from his roles in numerous comedy shows. He now works as a solo comedian and now has four children together with his wife.

Hiroshi Neko

Hiroshi Neko

Hiroshi is a comedian and avid marathon athlete, having participated in various international marathon races since 2007. Hiroshi, a naturalized Cambodian citizen since 2011, was nominated to represent Cambodia in the 2012 Summer Olympics. He and his wife have a 4-year-old daughter, who is also in the process of picking up running as a sport.

Hiroshi Teguramori

Hiroshi Teguramori

Former football player for the Japan national football team, Hiroshi has played at Sumitomokinzoku (Kashima) and NEC Yamagat of Japan Football League. Since his retirement in 1996, Hiroshi has served as head coach at the JFA support program (established to improve youths’ football levels in Japan). Hiroshi and his wife have a child together who is currently in fourth grade.

Pork Hayashi

Pork Hayashi

Hayashi started his career as a comedian, but became most known for his role as a referee at the Nishiguchi Professional Wrestling league. He is known to adore his daughters dearly, who are 5 and 7-years-old.

Mitsuharu Sato

Mitsuharu Sato

Member of the comedian pair, Doki Doki Camp, Mitsuharu has an unusual and unique enthusiasm for all-things toilet – having gained membership in Japan Toilet Association and gained title of Master of Toilet Cleaning. Mitsuharu married his wife in 2010, and together has a 2-year-old child.
