    Phol Tantasathien began working in the entertainment industry as an actor in feature films, TV and stage plays. Life in the entertainment industry enabled Phol to try out various roles. While acting, he gradually got into the food industry and became a food columnist, sharing articles on must-dine restaurants for travel magazine, Honeymoon & Travel. His deep passion for cooking led him to host 9 Society in 2008. Since then, he has also branched out to produce and host his own cooking show, Phol Phak Nak Prung, and run his own food website, pholfoodmafia.com.

    In 2004, Phol opened his own restaurant, Spring & Summer, where he serves modern Thai and Pan Asian cuisines. The restaurant’s unique concept was well received and highly recommended by international and local magazines, including Wallpaper UK, Luxe, Gourmet Traveler Australia, and more. To better his skills, Phol attended the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu in 2007 to learn about baked goods in depth. Upon graduation, he was approached by the school to be their first global Brand Ambassador for Le Cordon Bleu Dusit.

    Currently, Phol is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
