All you need are: cocktail sausages, cream cheese, some mixed herbs (e.g. parsley) and red pepper flakes.
The first step is to fry or bake, or boil (for a healthier option) some cocktail sausages. Next, slice each sausage (diagonally) and skewer them on a toothpick or satay stick to make it look like a stocking. Add a layer of cream cheese at the tip of the sausage. Finally sprinkle the mixed herbs & red pepper flakes to add colors to your Christmas stocking.

What you’ll need: Baguette, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, butter (optional), salt and pepper.
For the toppings: Cut the tomatoes into halves and squeeze out the seeds and juice. Chop them together with some basil leaves and put them into a bowl. Drizzle olive oil, balsamic vinegar and add salt and pepper to taste (you may want to be a little more generous with the salt since tomatoes love salt!) and mix them altogether.
For the bruschetta base: Slice the baguette diagonally and toast them on both sides till they’re lightly browned around the edges. Brush a layer of olive oil on top of the bread (the olive oil will prevent the bread from turning soggy once you add the toppings).
Add the toppings to the sliced baguette and you’re done! And if you have more time to spare, you can consider other toppings like sautéed mushrooms with garlic or smoked salmon with cream cheese. Mmm!
