This classic Baked Salmon dish requires only 3 main ingredients. Wrap the salmon and cherry tomatoes in aluminium foil or parchment paper. Then, place the salmon parcels along with the Brussel sprouts on a baking tray before popping it into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Super simple!
