Ingredients

METHOD
  1. Boil snow fungus for 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. Blend almond with water until very fine. Strain to get almond milk

  3. Blend fungus and almond milk in a glass blender until smooth.

  4. In a pot, mix all the ingredients, except goji berries, together until well combined.

  5. Cook the mixture on low heat until it becomes thick. Remove from heat

  6. Add in almond flakes and stir.

  7. Line the bottom of the tray with goji berries and pour in mixture.

  8. Press to level the top. Cover with cling wrap.

  9. Leave it in the fridge to set for about 5 to 6 hours or overnight.

  10. Cut and serve
