Cantonese Steamed Chicken
with Chinese Sausage

Step 1- Marinate the chicken
- In a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp Chinese cooking wine, 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp sliced ginger and 1 Tbsp sugar. Mix well.
- Pour marinade on chicken and mix thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2 - Steam the chicken
- After marinating, add Chinese sausage and Chinese mushroom on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Steam for 30-45 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. You can serve this dish as a side or main dish.
