Devour these deep-fried coconut fritters that are sure to make you come back for more!

Step 1 - Make batter
- In a large bowl, mix 1 tsp salt, baking soda, white sugar, rice flour, wheat flour and desiccated coconut until evenly mixed.
- To the same bowl, add in coconut cream, eggs and 100 ml water. Mix until well combined.
Step 2 - Deep-fry batter
In a pot, heat up enough vegetable oil for deep-frying. With 2 oiled spoons, place 1 Tbsp batter into the hot oil and let it fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown.Dipping spoons in oil will prevent the batter from sticking to the spoon
Drain deep-fried cucur kelapa onto a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat until batter is used.
Plate and serve!
Transfer to serving plate or dish and serve hot.
