Foo Young Egg
Common in Chinese cuisine around the world, this omelette dish is a Mainland Chinese recipe from Guangdong.

Step 1- Beat eggs
In a large bowl, beat 8 eggs well.For a fluffier omelette, beat the eggs well with a fork or whisk if you prefer not to use chopstick.
Add all vegetables (saving some chili for garnish), 7 tsp sesame oil, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and stir well to combine.This omelette is great with minced chicken or pork as well
Step 2- Cook eggs
- Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan on medium heat and add egg mixture to the pan.
- Cook each side until golden brown, flipping once or twice.
Plate and Serve!
Serve hot and garnish with some chili.
