Garlic Chicken and Long Bean Fried Rice

Step 1 - Stir-fry ingredients
In a pan on medium heat, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil. When hot, add in beaten eggs and scramble until frothy.
Add in garlic, long beans and rice. Toss until evenly mixed.
Add chicken and spring onions, then season with fish sauce and pepper to taste.If using raw chicken, In a pot of water with 1 tsp salt, boil chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside to cool. Once cooled, dice chicken and set aside.
Add 2 tsp sesame oil, toss again to mix well.
Plate and serve!
