A hearty bowl of green bean soup that gives you a sweet taste of nostalgia and home!

Add pandan leaves to green beans in pot

Step 1 - Boil green beans

  • In a pot, add water, green beans and knotted pandan leaves. Bring to a boil and let it simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  • Add in rock sugar and orange peel into the pot. Mix well until it melts and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Green bean soup also contains Vitamin C, antioxidants and collagen
