Green Bean Soup
A hearty bowl of green bean soup that gives you a sweet taste of nostalgia and home!

Step 1 - Boil green beans
- In a pot, add water, green beans and knotted pandan leaves. Bring to a boil and let it simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.
- Add in rock sugar and orange peel into the pot. Mix well until it melts and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Let's plate and serve!
Ladle green bean soup into serving dish or bowl. Top it off with 1 tsp sago seed and garnish with additional orange peels.
