Ingredients

  1. Heat up grill pan over medium-high heat
  2. Sprinkle palm sugar on peaches. Place sliced peaches on the pan. Grill till charred.
  3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream. Add a thick portion of coconut milk. Set aside.
  4. Place grilled peach on a plate. Drizzle with coconut cream.
  5. Sprinkle palm sugar, and crushed toasted walnuts.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint.
