Grilled Peach with Palm Sugar
- Heat up grill pan over medium-high heat
- Sprinkle palm sugar on peaches. Place sliced peaches on the pan. Grill till charred.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream. Add a thick portion of coconut milk. Set aside.
- Place grilled peach on a plate. Drizzle with coconut cream.
- Sprinkle palm sugar, and crushed toasted walnuts.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
