Ingredients

  1. Place salmon cubes in a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well. Set aside to marinate for at least ½ an hour.
  3. Heat pan over medium heat.
  4. Add cooking oil.
  5. Place salmon pieces in oil. Fry till light golden brown.
  6. Add spring onion pieces and dill to the pan. 
  7. Turn heat off. Remove from heat.
  8. Sprinkle roasted peanuts and cut chilies.
  9. Serve with steamed rice.
