Hanoi Style Salmon
- Place salmon cubes in a bowl.
- Add all ingredients and mix well. Set aside to marinate for at least ½ an hour.
- Heat pan over medium heat.
- Add cooking oil.
- Place salmon pieces in oil. Fry till light golden brown.
- Add spring onion pieces and dill to the pan.
- Turn heat off. Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle roasted peanuts and cut chilies.
- Serve with steamed rice.
