Healthy Fruit Salad
We all need some fancy fruit in our lives. Here’s how to whip up a quick appetizer chock-full of vitamins
Let's start cooking!
Step 1 - Cut fruits
- Quarter strawberries, segment oranges, reserving the juice, then dice mango, apple, kiwis and pear. Set aside.
Step 2 - Combine and whisk dressing
- In a bowl, add 1 Tbsp manuka honey, 4 Tbsp evaporated milk and 1 tsp of reserved orange juice. Whisk well. Set aside.
Step 3 - Toss together ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, add all fruits and drizzle with dressing. Toss to mix. Blueberries, strawberries and oranges are one of the 20 healthiest fruits you can eat, which include olives, bananas and avocados.
Garnish and serve!
Portion into glasses and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve immediately.
