Korean Paper Wrapped Chicken
Deep fried, moist and succulent, this chicken is a crowd pleaser.

Step 1 - Marinate chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine 2½ Tbsp gochujang, ginger, garlic, 1½ Tbsp brown sugar, ½ Tbsp rice vinegar, and ½ Tsp salt.
Add the chicken in the mixture and mix well.
Marinate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
Step 2 - Fry chicken
- Pour off any excess liquid from the marinade, and seal individual pieces in parchment paper parcels.
Preheat oil in a large pan or wok to 160°C and fry the parcels for 15 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel.
Plate and serve!
Serve hot with rice.
