Step 1 - Mix batter
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and cinnamon powder until well incorporated.
- When combined, add coffee, vegetable oil and vanilla extract, and mix well till it forms a smooth batter.
Step 2 - Bake brownie
- Pour the batter into a large microwave-proof mug and microwave at high heat (1000W) for 1 minute and 40 seconds. For a really fuss-free brownie, grab a large microwave-proof mug, and add the dry ingredients to it. Stir to combine everything, then add the wet ingredients. Mix with a fork until you get a smooth, chocolate-y batter, and microwave.
Top and serve!
Serve hot, with a scoop of ice cream, and dig in.
