Cherry tomatoes, garlic, lemon, rosemary and Holland Potatoes on baking tray

Step 1 - Prepare ingredients to bake

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • On a baking tray or pan, place cherry tomatoes, smashed garlic, sliced lemon, rosemary and Holland potatoes.
    You can add other vegetables of your choice, like baby carrots and sweet potatoes

Step 2 - Season chicken and bake

  • Season chicken drumsticks with 1 tsp salt.

    To add flavor and save time, you may marinate the chicken the night before
  • Place chicken drumsticks onto the same baking tray

  • Drizzle everything with olive oil and mix evenly, ensuring that everything is well coated.

  • Generously brush butter on the chicken drumsticks.

  • Bake in oven for 25 minutes.

Step 3 - Make Sauce

  • After baking, pour the juices and smashed garlic from the baking tray into a pan. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer on medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Remove pan from heat and add in ½ tsp unsalted butter. Mix well.

Garnish and serve!
