Pan Fry Ikan Kerisi with Guacamole
Healthy fish dish that is easy to prepare. Guacamole adds not only delicious flavour but a nutritious component to this fish meal.
Add pinch of salt and black pepper to the snapper fillet.
In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil to pan.
Carefully add snapper fillet. Leave to cook on skin side.
Flip over and leave to cook.
Remove from pan.Do not overcrowd pan when frying fish. Always fry fish skin side down.
Place guacamole on the cooked fish.
