  • Add pinch of salt and black pepper to the snapper fillet.

  • In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil to pan.

  • Carefully add snapper fillet. Leave to cook on skin side.

  • Flip over and leave to cook.

  • Remove from pan.

    Do not overcrowd pan when frying fish. Always fry fish skin side down.
