Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Eel
- 6 cloves chopped Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 medium size Ginger
- 4 Sword Chilli
- 1 Green and Yellow bell pepper
- ¼ cup Black bean
- ½ cup Vinegar
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Oil
Method
- In a pan sauté garlic, onion and ginger then add sword chilli
- If you want to add a bit of sweetness just add green and yellow bell pepper then add the eel, to had even cooking time you can cut the eel into 1 inch pieces for presentation or you can leave them whole it's a real good vision on the plate
- But make sure you clean the eel very well before cooking it
- Mix all the ingredients then add soy sauce, vinegar and black bean
- Cover the pan then simmer for about 10 minutes After 10 minutes your dish is done transfer it to a clean plate and taste the magical taste of your dish
