  • 1 kilogram Eel
  • 6 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 medium size Ginger
  • 4 Sword Chilli
  • 1 Green and Yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Black bean
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  1. In a pan sauté garlic, onion and ginger then add sword chilli
  2. If you want to add a bit of sweetness just add green and yellow bell pepper then add the eel, to had even cooking time you can cut the eel into 1 inch pieces for presentation or you can leave them whole it's a real good vision on the plate
  3. But make sure you clean the eel very well before cooking it
  4. Mix all the ingredients then add soy sauce, vinegar and black bean
  5. Cover the pan then simmer for about 10 minutes After 10 minutes your dish is done transfer it to a clean plate and taste the magical taste of your dish
