Dessert of crispy biscuits with crunchy apples and sweet whipped cream by Marinka from At Home with Marinka

  • 2 sour apples, diced
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Whipped Cream:
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Base:
  • 150 milliliters melted butter
  • 125 grams digestive biscuits, crushed
  1. Cook the apples with butter, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and sugar until it's soft and brown
  2. Whip the cream, icing sugar, vanilla essence in a really cold bowl until the cream is soft peak, and put it in the fridge
  3. To make the base, mix digestive biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until it looks like a wet sand
  4. Put the base biscuits, apple, cream in a glass.
  5. Repeat the layers and put it in a fridge before serving
  6. Serve it cold
