Ingredients
  • 15 pieces of Mussels, cleaned (bearded)
  • 8 Whole garlic, minced
  • ⅓ Cup of Butter
  • ⅓ Cup of Margarine
  • 1 Cup of Cheese
  • Parsley for garnish
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Mix butter, margarine and garlic
  3. Scoop garlic mixture on top of mussels
  4. Top with cheese
  5. Bake for 10mins
  6. garnish with parsley
  7. Serve
