Balanced Wing Dipping Sauce
Try this quick and easy balanced wing dipping sauce recipe by Michael Smith from Chef Michael's Kitchen.

  • Yield 1 serving
  • 1 cup of Orange marmalade
  • The juice and zest of one Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of Sambal [Chilli paste] or your favourite Chilli garlic sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon or so of Fish sauce

Whisk all the ingredients together and use as a dipping sauce or toss with just-cooked wings as a glaze. Either way, serve and share!
