Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tblsp Margarine
  • ¼ cup Green peas
  • ¼ cup Red bell pepper (Diced)
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Cooked Shrimps
  • 3 Cooked Mussels
  • ¼ cup Balaw Balaw (Fermented shrimp)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Method
  1. In a large pan add butter and rice fry for 3 mins then add the pepper, green peas and egg
  2. Sauté for 3 minutes add the balaw balaw and sauté again for 3 minutes, check seasoning with salt and pepper
  3. Garnish with the cooked shrimp and mussels and serve
