Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Browned)
  • 2 tablespoons Onion (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves of garlic (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilli sliced (Seeds removed)
  • 3 Balot (peeled and quartered)
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • 1 teaspoon cracked Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
Method
  1. Add butter to pan and sauté until browned add onions, garlic and balot sauté for 1 minute add chilli and white wine
  2. Simmer for a minute, simmer with pepper, paprika, brown sugar and soy sauce
  3. Simmer for 1 minute and serve on a hot plate
