Ingredients
  • 2 slices white Sourdough bread (san Francisco)
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy Peanut butter
  • 1 Banana, sliced lengthways
  • 15 grams unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch teaspoon all spice
  • Pinch ground Cloves
Method
  1. Heat the butter, add the spices, add the banana halves cut side down
  2. Turn after 1 minute and cook for a further one-minute
  3. Toast the bread
  4. Spread the peanut butter, 1 teaspoons each side
  5. Top with the banana place the lid on and eat
