Ingredients
  • 2 pieces Tofu
  • 100 grams minced Chicken
  • 1 red Chilli – chop
  • 1 Green Capsicum – cut small
  • 1 Century Egg (cut pcs)
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves
  • Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • Few drops Black Vinegar
  • 2 dash of Sugar
Method
  1. Brown both sides of tofu on pan & cut to small pieces
  2. Saute garlic & ginger
  3. Add mince chicken & then capsicum
  4. Add tofu.
  5. Add seasonings & lastly add basil leaf.
