BBQ Pork Shoulder

  • 1 shoulder of Pork
  • For the marinade:
  • 50 millilitres Honey
  • 50 millilitres Soy
  • 30 millilitres Fish sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon roasted Coriander seeds
  • 50 millilitres Grape seed oil
  • 500 millilitres Water
  1. Season the pork with the salt and color on the BBQ for 5 minutes each side then place in a large baking tray
  2. Mix all the ingredients together to form a marinade
  3. Massage into the shoulder. Add the water to the tray, cover in foil and cook on the BBQ (Lid down) or in a slow oven for 5 hours
