  • 1 kilogram Beef Tenderloin, Sliced Thinly
  • 8 pieces Calamansi, Squeezed
  • 2 whole White Onions, Sliced into Rings
  • 8 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • TT Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns, crushed
  1. Marinate sliced beef with calamansi, soy sauce, and crushed peppercorns for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onions until it slightly caramelizes. Set aside
  3. In the same pan, add in the marinated beef until it browns. Set aside
  4. Saute the garlic in the same pan until aromatic then add in the marinade. Simmer
  5. Toss the beef back in and let it cook until it is tender. Season with salt and add sugar if needed
  6. Add in the onions rings and serve with rice
