  • 6 Sweet buns
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 millilitres Wheat flour
  • 200 millilitres Milk
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 200 millilitres Blueberries
  • 100 millilitres Sugar
  • For serving:
  • 200 millilitres Heavy cream -whipped
  • 100 millilitres Blueberries
  • 100 millilitres Sugar
  1. Combine egg, wheat flour, milk and salt in a bowl until the mixture is smooth
  2. Cut the top and bottom off each bun and then cut in half. Soak the bread in the mixture for two to three minutes
  3. Combine 200 ml blueberries and 100 ml sugar in a bowl
  4. Place a spoonful of blueberries in the middle of a soaked bun and then another piece of soaked bun on top to enclose the blueberries
  5. Fry the bun for three or four minutes in a frying pan on medium heat in plenty of butter
  6. Roll the “doughnut” in sugar and serve with whipped cream and more blueberries
