Bob's Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh Cilantro, stems on 
  • 1 cup Italian Parsley leaves 
  • ½ cup fresh Basil leaves 
  • ¾ cup Olive Oil 
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon Salt 
  • ½ teaspoon Hot Sauce, such as Tabasco 
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper 
  • 4 cloves Garlic 

Put the cilantro, parsley, basil, Olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, hot sauce, pepper and garlic in a blender. Blend until well-combined. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. Served with cooked meat
